AI Consulting

Make AI useful in your business.

I'm Daniel Somiah, an independent AI consultant. I help companies decide where AI fits, build it into day-to-day operations, and train the people who'll use it.

Services

What I do

Most clients bring me in for one of three things.

Strategy & Roadmap

We look at how your business actually runs, find the places where AI would save real time or money, and turn that into a costed plan with clear priorities.

Implementation & Automation

I build tools and automations into the systems you already use, then measure them against a baseline so you can see whether they earn their keep.

Training & Enablement

Practical workshops for your team: how to use AI day to day, where it tends to go wrong, and how to check its work before it goes out the door.

How an engagement runs

Discover

We talk through your workflows, data and goals, and pick the use cases worth pursuing.

Design

You get a short plan: scope, tooling, risks, and what success will look like in numbers.

Build

I work in short cycles with your team involved throughout, so nothing lands as a surprise.

Hand over

Documentation and training, so everything keeps working after I step back.

About

Who you'll be working with

I work with founders and operations leaders who suspect AI could help their business but don't want to spend a quarter finding out. Much of the work is unglamorous and pays for itself: automating the reports nobody enjoys writing, speeding up customer replies, making old documents searchable.

You work with me directly. When I recommend a tool, it's because I've used it myself, and when something isn't worth automating, I'll tell you.

If a spreadsheet solves it, I'll tell you to use the spreadsheet.
